When will I receive my box?Boxes ship out on the 15th of each month.

My box arrived damaged. What should I do?We are sorry your box was damaged in shipping. Please email us a picture of the damaged item/items and we will be happy to ship replacements.

Do you ship to Canada or outside of the United States?At this time we only ship to the contiguous 48 states. We hope to expand our shipping area the future.

How do I change my address?Please email us at info@simplejoybox.com with any account changes or questions.

Can I skip a month or put my subscription on hold?We are not able to skip months or place subscriptions on hold at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?Your card will be charged each month on the day you signed up.

Can I buy a subscription box as a gift?You certainly can! Just enter the lucky persons name and address in the ship to section of the sign up form.

How do I cancel my subscription?We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your account at any time. Just email us at info@simplejoybox.com your request to cancel.
