  • When will I receive my box?
    Boxes ship out on the 15th of each month.
  • My box arrived damaged. What should I do?
    We are sorry your box was damaged in shipping. Please email us a picture of the damaged item/items and we will be happy to ship replacements.
  • Do you ship to Canada or outside of the United States?
    At this time we only ship to the contiguous 48 states. We hope to expand our shipping area the future.
  • How do I change my address?
    Please email us at info@simplejoybox.com with any account changes or questions.
  • Can I skip a month or put my subscription on hold?
    We are not able to skip months or place subscriptions on hold at this time.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    Your card will be charged each month on the day you signed up.
  • Can I buy a subscription box as a gift?
    You certainly can! Just enter the lucky persons name and address in the ship to section of the sign up form.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your account at any time. Just email us at info@simplejoybox.com your request to cancel.
